our story
Through a series of coincidences, the first Molnár's kürtőskalács was made on January 1, 2004, in a garage using an original Transylvanian recipe. A few days later, we made our debut at a tourism fair in Graz, where it was such a success that we received invitations to more and more events. That was when we knew we had to continue. Through persistent work, with many successes and setbacks behind us, we developed the recipe and technology that have since enabled millions of Molnár's kürtőskalács to delight people around the world at thousands of events. As our guests expressed a need for a permanent location, we opened Molnár's on Váci Street in 2009!

and offer outstanding quality Italian Molinari coffee in our shop.
Ourmilestones
After baking the first Molnár's kürtőskalács, a series of highly successful events followed.
We began baking in the Galeria Kaufhof department store on Alexanderplatz in Berlin, where we remained for more than 10 years.
We opened Molnár's, our first permanent location, in a 60-square-meter shop on Váci Street.
We baked at Dubai's ATM exhibition for the first time as an attraction at the Hungarian tourism stand, and became regular participants year after year.
We baked for five months in front of the Hungarian Pavilion at the Milan Expo, where our product won a gold medal.
We expanded our original 60-square-meter shop on Váci Street to 200 square meters.
We opened Molnár's Lángos next to our kürtőskalács shop.
Through a community collaboration, we put the Moon installation on display again in Piarista köz.
